Corporate Social Responsibility is an important part of the Corporate Governance and culture of the Bank. The Bank gives its continuous support in projects which have an impact in society, health, environment, education, culture and sportive.

2017 Activities

We donate knowledge 
During December the Bank supported 22 school libraries in the cities of Tirana, Durres, Vlora, Korca, Shkodra, Lushnja, Saranda, Ura Vajgurore, Burrel, Lac, Tepelena, Pogradec, Himara, Elbasan, Permet, Kamez and Gjirokaster. 6100 artistic and scientific books were donated in 15 elementary and 7 high schools.  All the 22 school libraries had substantial lack of the required book titles for the students and with this donation the reading course becomes one of the main activities of the students after the class hours. 

The money week activities
The Bank of Albania and the Albanian Association Banks undertook different initiatives during March regarding the financial education toward the young students. Alpha Bank was one of the main financial institutions which took part to support this initiative by participating as follows in three of them. 

A visit at the Alpha Bank Albania main branch 
One of the activities organized for the Money Week was to guide a group of students through the everyday operations of a branch. So on the 29th of March, 30 students visited the Alpha Bank Albania main branch where they saw how the staff of the branch serves the clients, explains them the products and the main operational actions during the day. 

You have the power to create
Alpha Bank Albania sponsored the ‘’Innovative Camp’’, where six groups of five students each presented innovative ideas based on the theme given ‘’ Digital marketing’’. Each of them was mentored by employees of the Bank. 

Leader for a day 
One student was appointed one entire day to accompany the Head of Marketing & PR Ms. Aulona Driza and take part in all the meetings and decisions made during the day. To the student was given a specific project to be managed by him and on his own he acted as the Head of Marketing & PR by undertaking all the necessary steps and setting meeting with the proper staff. A Gala event took part to award all the institutions that contributed to the project. 

Reconstruction of the school for visually impaired children
On September, 2017 the Bank financed the reconstruction of the school for visually impaired children. The school which hosts children from all over Albania was operating without the prerequisits that helps the children to be oriented and the support consisted on adapting the premises so the visually impaired children would be easily oriented. 

Donate a school bag
On the first day of school the Bank donated 250 school bags and sets for the schools’ materials, to children of families in need, which cannot afford to purchase them. This year the Bank has given priority to projects related to the education of the youth and will continue with very significant projects until the end of the year. 

Children Day in Vlora
The Bank sponsored the ‘’Children parade and festival ‘’ for the Children Day in the city of Vlora. All the schools of the Vlora city participated in it with different activities such as dancing, painting, marching in the city boulevard etc. The children have been prepared for more than a month to perform acts as well plays based on mythology books.  

Volunteer Day 
Alpha Bank Albania for the 2017 Alpha Bank Volunteer Day choose to support the cultural heritage of the Country and on the 28th of May 68 volunteers of the Bank participated on the cleaning of the Bashtova Castle from the dense bad vegetation, which made impossible to visitors to explore the walls of the castle. The castle of Bashtova was built on the 15th century and was used for trading purposes between Albania and Italy. It is presumed to have another 2 floors underground and is the only castle in the Balkans which is in open field.

On the 4th of June, 20 volunteers of the south branches helped a specialized team to clean the walls of the Castle of Libohova from the bad grass which was risking the falling off of the walls.  The Castle of Libohova was built on the 18th century.

Both castles are part of the cultural heritage of Albania and the work done was of high importance since the last restauration done in both of them was on the year 2003.

Blood Donation Day 
On June 2017, the Bank has being organizing for 6 years now the blood donation day with the support of the Red Cross Albania. More than 50 employees voluntarily participated on the event and the units of blood were donated for the children suffering from thalasemia. 

The elders’ home
On July 2017, more than 100 employees of the Bank voluntarily contributed on collecting different personal and food items which was donated to the elders on the elders’ home in Tirana. Some representatives from the staff spent some hours in the premises of the elders’ home but giving them joy. 


Alpha Bank Albania – General Sponsor of the 5th Guitar Festival in Tirana
On September, The Guitar Foundation Albania, supported by Alpha Bank Albania, organised the 5th edition of the Guitar Festival in Tirana. Well-known artists from abroad were present during the 2 days of the festival and special awards were given to the performers. The event has become one of the most attractive cultural events in Albania during the last years. 

Mikis Theodorakis even
On November it took place a concert to honour the Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis; during the two days of the event it was played the most known works of him and as well there were organised poetry reading sessions. The event was highly appreciated by more than 1 000 people that attended the event during the two days. 

Reconstruction of the Seferis Building
Important reconstruction works took place at one of the historic houses in Korcha which is the Seferis Building. This building belonged to the nobelist Jorgos Seferis, which has served for two years as a Consul in the city of Korca and during that period he had strengthen the Albanian-Greek relationship. Because of it good work the building was name Seferis and continues these days, in a historic road of the old city. 


Road toward success
On November the Bank supported the ‘’Road toward success event’’. The all-day event aimed in boosting employees’ interpersonal capabilities, in terms of skills and experiences and more than 50 employees of the bank participated.
The event serves as well as a charity one, since all the incomes from it goes to charity (last year the Bank was as well sponsor of the event and the last year donations supported the ‘’children’s’ home’’ reconstruction I Durres).  

Down Syndrome Albania foundation
The Bank supported the renovation of the new room for the therapies of the children of the Down Syndrome Albania Foundation, which is the only foundation offering support free of charge to families with children with Down syndrome. Now, the new therapy room offer service to more children from all over Albania with all the necessary equipment to increase the children motoric skills which enable them to better interact in the community.

Albanian Cultivates the Land
Alpha Bank Albania supported the first edition of Albania Cultivates the Land Fair organized by the Prime Ministry of Albania and the Ministry of Agriculture, which was focused on promoting the Albanian products. 500 representatives from all over Albania participated with traditional products being this from industry, fruits and vegetables, traditional foods and craft and agriculture. Traditional music and dances took place during the 2 days and the fair was visited by thousands of people.

Together for a safer beach
The Bank supported the construction of a lifeguard tower at the city of Velipoja which is one of the coastal cities with the highest number of accidents during summer. The new tower will not only serve during summer, but as well will be used for the national trainings of the new lifeguards.

2016 Activities

The Enterpreneurs of tomorrow

On May 4, 2016 at the Tirana International Airport took place the competition ‘’ the Enterpreneurs of tomorrow’’, which is organised by Junior Achievement Albania in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. Alpha Bank Albania was one of the main sponsors. 

The entire competition is designed to engage students in a long term project such as creating their own innovative business advertise it and ultimately sell their own products. 23 companies were created from 138 college students which brought very interested ideas. The winner team of this competition created a parking application which allows car owners to get notifications when parking lots are available near them.

On his greeting speech Mr. Orfea Dhuci the Economic Advisor at Alpha Bank Albania said that ‘’ we have always supported such innovative projects which aim is to educate the students and serve as an important tool to guide the students toward the real model of free enterprises. He continued his speech by saying ‘’ each of you here today, is an example of success which should be followed by many other students all over Albania. The ideas presented here today are such innovative ones and I am really impressed of the great tasks you have accomplished. ‘’

Leader for a Day
On March 23rd, 2016, Alpha Bank Albania joined the important event organised by Junior Achievement Albania: Leader for a Day 2016! 46 excellent senior high school students & JA achievers from schools around the country shadowed 46 high profile leaders of the business world and diplomatic arena. 

The selected participants were engaged on different work processes of a leader and became aware of the expectations and commitments of being leaders and decision makers. For Alpha Bank Albania the student was appointed for the entire day at Mr. Sokol Dishnica the Manager of the Small Business Banking Department Manager. 

After the one day experience, the students gave a small speech for their supporters in an event organized with the presence of the government and the Mayor of Tirana. 


‘’If I was a Banker’’ competition 
In the framework of the Money Week, celebrated worldwide as the European and Global Money Week, Albanian Association of Banks in cooperation with Bank of Albania, the Ministry of Education and Sports, and the Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth organized educational and awareness-raising activities for children and youth.

Alpha Bank Albania sponsored the competition ‘’If I was a banker’’, which took place at the University of Integrated Studies (FASTIP) in Durres, were students presented innovative banking services packages created for potential businesses (the jury). To the winning team of 5 was opened a student account with a 100 Euro gift from the Bank, in order for them to engage in banking transactions.


Alpha Bank Albania Volunteer Day
In the framework of Alpha Bank Group Volunteer Day, Alpha Bank Albania organised for the eighth consecutive year, on May 22nd and June 5th, 2016, two different activities with the participation of 210 employees of the bank; the cleaning of the Cape of Rodon beach and the planting of trees in Lura. 


Alpha Bank Albania –General Sponsor of the 4th Guitar Festival in Tirana
During October 14th – 17th, 2016, The Guitar Foundation Albania, supported by Alpha Bank Albania, organised the 4th edition of the Guitar Festival in Tirana.

’Christmas are about love and family’’
On December 15, 2016 Alpha Bank Albania donated 250 Christmas bags which contained basic food packages in all the cities the Bank operates. An event took place at one of the social centres in Tirana where 50 packages were distributed with the presence of the Mayor of Tirana.

2015 Activities

Supporting the floods in South Albania 
Due to major flooding in the south of Albania, significant damages were made to local residents.
Alpha Bank Albania promptly took actions to come to aid to families affected by the disaster.
Concretely, Alpha Bank Albania set a special fund for the affected areas,
supported as well by the Alpha Group, while the Bank employees made in-kind donations.

We are fighters against the breast cancer 
On the 8th of March, which is the woman day the Bank launched the awareness campaign ‘’ we are fighters against the breast cancer’’.
The aim of the campaign was to make the clients of the Bank part of this important fight and increase the awareness.
The contribution of the Banks’ clients was by using their credit cards while the Bank donated the larger part of it
revenues received from the usage of the credit cards during the period March 8, 2015 until the end of October 2015, for
the purchase of an echography. The echography was donated to the ‘’Mother Teresa’’ Hospital and will serve
to diagnose the patients with breast cancer. 

Mother and Child Foundation
In collaboration with the Mother and Child Foundation the Bank donated to the maternity hospital ‘’ Queen Geraldine’’
an x-ray echography. This echography was of vital importance to diagnose early health issues on the new born babies
which if diagnosed on time could save their lives. This machinery was missing from the hospital and the doctors
needed to transport the new born babies to the main hospital which was very risky for their life. 

Run for Autism
Considering the employees of the Bank as the ambassadors of the good example to further sensitize their families
and friends on the social and environmental issues, Alpha Bank Albania organizes every year the Volunteer Day.
The activity has become very important for the Bank and this is shown by the increased presence of the employees every year.
On May, the employees of the Bank and their families participated on the ‘’ Run for Autism’’ marathon organized at
the National Lake Park of Tirana. The main purpose of this marathon was to increase awareness for the children with autism and
give the message that they should be accepted and integrated in the society. 

The Blood Donation Day 
For 6 years in a row the employees of the Bank in collaboration with the Red Cross Albania voluntarily donates blood for
the children with thalassemia. This has become an important activity for the employees since based on the data from the
Red Cross Albania, the people who suffer from thalassemia in Albania are 300 and they need blood every month. 

‘’Adopt a nursery’’ initiative 
In the framework of “Adopt a nursery” initiative, on September Alpha Bank Albania engaged in the renovation
of the internal structure of the kindergarten "Voices of life", situated in the area of Kamza, in Tirana.
Besides the renewal of the children rooms, through the replacement of the existing educational materials,
the Bank also improved the internal hydraulic set-up, which has a direct positive impact on children's health
by eliminating the humidity; decorated the internal and external area of the kindergarten and delivered toys
which assist the didactic process as well as stimulate and develop children’s logical and mathematical skills.
On December 31st the staff of the Bank visited the children of this nursery and surprised them with gifts. 

The Holidays needs love 
During December, the Ministry of Youth and Social Welfare undertook the initiative ‘’ the holidays needs love’’.
The idea behind this initiative is to offer a festive environment for the people in need who live in social centres all over Albania.
The Bank supported the centre hospitalizing the victims of human trafficking in Tirana by providing them the necessary items to
make the place they live more warm and cosy in order for them to feel like home. 

Presidential End Year Charity Gala 
Alpha Bank Albania participated on the End Year Charity Gala organized by the President of Albania and the first Lady.
The fund accumulated was given to the foundation Down syndrome Albania in order to support all the children of this
institution with important trainings. 

The Love Soup 
The staff of Alpha Bank Albania voluntarily donated food packages which were sent to a humanitarian centre named ‘’ the soup of love’’.
This centre is created by the Autocephalous Orthodox church of Albania and serves food every day to more
 than 150 people who cannot afford to buy food. 

Living in a better neighbourhood 
The Bank provided benches, trash bins and trees to a neighbourhood in the city of Lushnje.
The new renovated area serves now as a relaxing place for the residents of all ages.

Tirana International Guitar Festival Sponsorship
The “Guitar Foundation of Albania” and the Tirana University of the Arts organized the 3rd edition of Tirana International guitar festival & competition.
This festival is a cultural organization with many platforms such as Masters Concerts, Master courses, International Competition and Youth concerts.  
Alpha Bank Albania was a General Sponsor to this event that took place from September 29 until October 1, 2015. 

Nadja Jankovic from Montenegro was the winner of the prize "Grand Prix" at the International Guitar Festival. A
mong the many competitors from all over the world, Nadja Jankovic managed to collect maximum points,
winning the 1st price called "Grand Prix", which was accompanied by the gift of a professional guitar, produced by the
Greek master Giannis Sentoylas.

Water and Arts in Craft
The bank was sponsor of the production of a catalogue about Water and Arts in Crafts in Berat.
This was an important research of many years since the most of the materials of that period were destroyed in fires.
The promotion of the book was done within the University of New York in Tirana and at the museum Onufri in Berat city
where the Bank financed as well the displays where the catalogue was putted. Representatives from the Government
and the bank participated on both events.

The National Folkloric Festival  
Every year in Gjirokaster it is organised the National Folkloric Festival which is the most important event of this kind in Albania.
The main purpose of this festival is to present the different genres of the folkloric repertoire and promote new creations.
On the 2015 Festival took part 1204 representatives from Albania, Kosovo, FYROM and Montenegro.  


The school as a community centre 
The Ministry of Sports and Education organised a competition with subject ‘’ the school as a community centre’’.
The main purpose was to turn the school into a place where it is built the partnership between the school-family-community
in order to develop the students’ potential. The Bank supported the school in Fier which presented the winning idea.
The support consisted on the full renovation of the IT lab. 


The Christmas Market
Alpha Bank Albania supported the project initiated from the Municipality of Tirana to create a Christmas Area in
a main square such as Mother Teresa square during December. Different activities took place to entertain children and not only.
More specifically the Bank supported the creation of the ice skating rink which was the first time that was done in an open space in Tirana. 

The Security Forum
The Bank supported the First Security Forum which was focused on the importance of the security not only for physical
purposes but as well regarding the information security related to the corporates data and the exposure on the web.

2014 Activities

The annual meeting of the Association of Foreign Investors in Albania
Alpha Bank supported the organization of the annual meeting of the Association of Foreign Investors in
Albania (FIAA), which was held on January 29th, 2014, and was attended by the highest representatives
of the Albanian government, as the Prime Minister, the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, the
Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship, the Minister of Social Welfare
and representatives of important foreign business community in Albania. FIAA annual meeting is an
important event for strengthening dialogue between businesses, government, governmental agencies,
and local government bodies, aimed to improving the foreign investors environment and general business
climate in Albania.

To feel the world through voice
On February 2014, Alpha Bank Albania participated at the charity event “To feel the world through voice”,
organised by Vodafone Albania Foundation. This event aimed at raising funds for purchasing software,
which enables reading computer commands (narrator) in Albanian, for visually impaired persons.
To raise awareness for the importance of this program and to give an insight of the difficulties these
people face, for about two hours the participants were witnesses to a dinner in complete darkness,
helped and served by blind people.

Supporting healthcare sector
Alpha Bank has continuously supported healthcare sector. During 2014, several projects were financed in
different hospital centres, as in Kamza Hospital Centre, where the Bank has fulfilled the needs for metal
beds, blankets, sheets and other needed equipment for patients’ treatment in emergency rooms.
Alpha Bank has also donated a coagulometer, (an apparatus for measuring the time required for the
blood to coagulate) to Hospital Centre no. 6 in Kombinat, Tirana. Another donation was made to
Regional Hospital “Omer Nishani”, in Gjirokastër, enabling deployment of hospital indoor and
outdoor signals, thus facilitating patients’ orientation.

Support Albanian Children Foundation
For many years the Albanian Children Foundation has supported children with autism and their families
by providing them examinations and diagnosis. Alpha Bank Albania welcomed the invitation of the
foundation to be part of this initiative by supporting the trainings and treatments of a child for 1 year.

FAVA - Spring Gala
Alpha Bank attended the gala event organized on May 23rd, 2014, at the National Gallery of Art.
FAVA, the Albanian Foundation for Visual Arts, is a non-profit organization, supported by the business
community in Tirana. The Foundation supports cultural exchanges and international art exhibitions,
aiming to raise awareness of Albanian culture abroad and preserve the collection at the National Gallery
of Art as well.

Guitar Festival
On May 28th, 2014, for the second time in Tirana, the Guitar Festival was held, with the participation
of well-known artists from Europe. Alpha Bank supported this beautiful initiative to assist the Albanian
artists.

Volunteer Day
For the 6th consecutive year, Alpha Bank Albania organized “Volunteer Day”, in May 2013. This event
is now a tradition for the bank, having an increase in employees’ participation.
This year, the Bank has given an important contribution for the cities of Tirana and Ballsh, by
rehabilitating “Selman Stërmasi” square in Tirana and a park in Ballsh city.
Specifically, Bank’ with the municipalities of these cities, planted trees and flowers, set benches for the visitors and also
reserved areas for waste, thus giving the opportunity to local inhabitants to have a clean and tidy
environment.

Piano Concert
Alpha Bank has always supported projects dealing with artistic and cultural life of the country. Albanian Radio and Television Symphony
Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Jorgos Chlitsios and solo pianist Silvana Skënderi, organized a concert, which was warmly
welcomed by the public. The concert created a various programme, adding zest to the artistic and cultural life of the country.

Together we give life!
Alpha Bank in cooperation with the Albanian Red Cross, organized on June 11th for the fourth consecutive
year, the Blood Donation Day. Through this activity, which was held for the fourth consecutive year, Bank’ employees gave their
volunteer contribution, by helping the need for blood our country currently has.
In order to raise awareness toward the community regarding the importance of blood donation, Alpha
Bank published on Facebook the campaign “I donate 5 minutes from my life! What about you?”

Independence and Liberation Day - 28 and 29 November 2014
During the national holidays for Independence and Liberation Day, in accordance with the Bank’s social
responsibility policies, Alpha Bank Albania supported the events organized in Pogradec, on November
28th and 29th.

Piano Concert
Alpha Bank has always supported projects dealing with artistic and cultural life of the country. Albanian Radio and Television Symphony
Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Jorgos Chlitsios and solo pianist Silvana Skënderi, organized a concert, which was warmly
welcomed by the public. The concert created a various programme, adding zest to the artistic and cultural life of the country.

Reconstruction of fountain in Berat
Alpha Bank has supported different historic and monumental values in Albania. A reconstruction of
the fountain in the centre of town and the surrounding monument, near the central square in Berat was financed.
This monument is an important part of the city art.

Reconstruction of Saranda port
Alpha Bank Albania partly supported the reconstruction of Saranda port, a necessary investment for a positive image for the city.

2013 Activities

The Volunteer Day
On May 22, 2013 for the 5th consecutive year, Alpha Bank organized the Volunteer Day. This activity has
become very important for the Bank and this is shown by the employees’ increased participation every year.
This year the Bank provided its support to the Department of Pediatric, Regional Hospital of Vlora,
Durres, Kukes and Librazhd. Indeed, a lot of serious and significant work has been done to eliminate
the humidity from the reanimation and hospitalization rooms, to fix and paint the toilets and hallways
and donate aerosol appliance for children with respiratory problems. Other important things such as
mattresses, bed sheets, pillows and blankets were donated to the hospital.
The Bank employees spent some time with the hospitalized children and gave toys and books to them and
embellished their rooms by painting the walls and sticking on them the children’s favorite cartoon images.

Tirana Guitar Festival
Tirana Guitar Festival, with the participation of well known artists from Europe, was organized for the
first time in June 2013. Alpha Bank Albania sponsored this initiative in order to support the Albanian
artists.

Alpha Gym Park
The first outdoor gym in Albania started to operate at the Artificial Park of Tirana in July 2013. This
important project was sponsored by Alpha Bank Albania. The Gym was created considering that the
outdoor recreation and access to nature play a vital role in the physical, psychological, spiritual wellbeing,
health, and development of people of all ages.
Alpha Gym Park was well accepted and regularly frequented. During this period a fitness instructor was
present to advise the citizens on the proper and most effective way to use the equipments.
Alpha Gym Park is equipped with 10 instruments that can easily be used by everyone. The gym park
was designed to provide all the facilities to people who will exercise. The Bank employees planted also
some trees and distributed T-shirts and sportive bags to people who exercise in the park.

Erseke Elementary School
During the summer, Alpha Bank Albania reconstructed the Elementary School of Erseka which was in
poor conditions and didn’t provide the required conditions to pupils of this school. In September, the
academic staff welcomed the pupils in a totally renovated building, providing safety and comfort.

7th Hellenic-Albanian Business Forum
Alpha Bank Albania supported for the 7th consecutive year the Hellenic-Albanian Business Forum
‘’A bridge to development’’, which was organized from the Greek Embassy and the Greek Business
Association. The focus of this forum was on the importance of the banking sector support towards the
Greek-Albanian businesses and the increase of the channels of communication between these parties.

Let’s clean Albania in one Day
The employees of the Bank embraced the initiative ‘’Lets clean Albania in one day’’ and helped cleaning
the area on the Artificial Lake in Tirana. Approximately 140.000 people took part on this important
event, which provided their help in cleaning Albania.

End Year Charity
In line with the Banks’ CSR objectives, the Management Board of Alpha Bank Albania decided not
to print wishing cards but instead to use the respective budget to support an important part of the
community which is the families of the policemen who have fallen in the line of duty. Furthermore, the
employees of the Bank voluntarily donated money, clothes and toys and visited the ‘Orphanage and
spent some time with them.

Other Activities:
• Donation of 300 t-shirts for the Sport Festival organized by the Municipality of Korca in the
framework of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities
• Sponsorship of the yearly financial book of Foreign Investors in Albania and American Chamber of
Commerce
• Sponsorship of the British Chamber of Commerce event organized for the Greek Businesses in Albania
and the Greek week organized by the Greek Embassy
• Sponsorship of the Spring Day festive events organized in the city of Elbasan
• Organisation of the Literature Competition ‘’Vlora 2013’’ with the participation of writers from Vlora.

2012 Activities

Volunteer Day
On May, 2012 for the 4th consecutive year Alpha Bank organized the Volunteer Day. This activity has become very
important for the Bank and this is shown by the increased presence of the employees every year.
This year the Bank supported 100 families in Tirana, who lives in difficult economical situation. The support was given
by providing them food packages for six months. Many employees of the Bank were present at this event by
spending time with the families and by distributing the food packages.

Blood Donation for the Red Cross Albania
On June 22nd, 50 employees of the Bank through the Red Cross Albania, donated blood for the children suffering from thalassemia. The donation was organized in the Bank’s premises and the participation was higher than the previous year.

Tirana International Marathon
On October 21, 2012 took place the International Marathon of Tirana. This activity was organized for the first time in
Albania and a number of three thousand runners from all around the World participated.
The runners took part in different disciplines such as the Marathon of 5 km, 10 km, 21 km and the 42 km.
Alpha Bank was one of the supporters of this activity, by sponsoring the third place of the 42 km Marathon for both male and female runners.

Arsakeio Scholarship
On 26 November, 2012 the Bank gave two scholarships to two students of Arsakeio College with outstanding performance on their studies and unique personalities. The CEO of Alpha Bank Albania Mr. Periklis Drougkas gave the two awards to the students by congratulating them on the hard work and encouraged them to continue with the studying and always do things with love and passion because by doing so they will succeed in their life.

100 Years of the Independence of Albania

Tirana through Lens
Tirana through Lens is a book which shows amazing pictures from Tirana places and as well many historical
places nearby Tirana. Alpha Bank was the sponsor of this book, the inauguration of which was organized by the Ministry of Culture of Albania.

The World Vision Silent Auction
World Vision is a foundation which helps improve the lives of Albanian children through child protection and participation,
inclusive education, health, economic development and other child well-being projects.
The CEO of Alpha Bank Albania Mr. Periklis Drougkas participated in the Silent Auction that World Vision organized
in December 5, 2012 and won two photos, which are taken from the children and describes how they see the world. The
fund earned from the pictures will be used for the projects that this foundation undertakes for the children.

End Year Charity
In line with the Banks’ CSR objectives, the Management Board of Alpha Bank Albania decided to not print wishing
cards but instead use the budget to support institutions, where this donation would bring some joyful moments. The fund was donated to the Elders Home of Fier to supply them with the necessary tools to have the proper heating. Another donation was done to two Children Homes in
Shkodra, where were purchased foods, heating systems, televisions and digital devices in order the children to watch informative and entertaining shows.
