Alpha Bot virtual assistant – the latest innovation in the banking sector by Alpha Bank Albania

During Alpha Bank Albania’s 21-year presence in the Albanian market, the Bank has always focused on the Customer, continuously providing offers and products as well as quality Customer service and integrity.

In order to support Customers 24 hours a week, the Bank has created the Alpha Bot virtual assistant, the latest innovation in the Albanian banking sector. Alpha Bot acts as an integrated component of the Facebook platform and provides real-time responses to Customer requests for information in the Bank's official Facebook page inbox.

But that’s not all… 

Alpha Bot can also deliver real-time weather forecasts depending on the customer location. It further shows the foreign exchange rate of the day, branch locations, ATMs, POS network for card payments as well as other valuable information for Customers. Furthermore, based on the chat history, Alpha Bot suggests the most suitable financial product and solution for each Customer.

In order to provide the maximum support for cases where Customers have more specific requirements, they can request to contact the Bank's staff at any moment.
